The RSS ExPow Program is designed for dedicated individuals seeking to optimize their strength, explosive power and muscular development. This intensive remote program is for competitive athletes or those wanting to push themselves to another level of strength, power and muscle.
With a focus on establishing a strong foundation for long-term strength development, this program incorporates a comprehensive blend of Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Strongman, and Bodybuilding techniques.
Participants can expect five days of intense training per week, with each session lasting 1.5 hours.
